About:

MyBins are a bin cleaning service located in Manly Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The business has a large team and fleet of trucks servicing both residential and commercial clients across the Northern Beaches, North Shore, Sydney CBD, and Easter Suburbs.

MyBins approached The Honest Agency looking for a new website with the goal to significantly boost sales in order to achieve their growth targets for 2022. After running a strategy session with the MyBins team it was clear that the best return on investment would be achieved through the combination of a Google Ads campaign, a Facebook Ads Campaign, and a sales focused landing page.

The Google Ads campaign would capture users already looking for bin cleaning services, the Facebook Ads campaign would raise awareness about the bin cleaning service, and the landing page would convert the website traffic into qualified leads for the business.

Pricing calculator

The bin cleaning industry is very price competitive and MyBins have some of the best going rates in Sydney. To help users determine exactly what a bin clean will cost them, the enquiry form was turned into a pricing calculator.

The number of bins, and frequency of clean are entered by the user which is used by the system to calculate a final price. The user can then decide if they want to accept the price and submit the enquiry.

What did the project achieve?

Immediate Enquiries

Enquiries were generated for the business immediately, with new enquiries seen on the very first day of the campaign launch!

Qualified Leads

By using the pricing calculator, the users that did make an enquiry were much better qualified than traditional leads as they already knew how much the service would cost them before they got in touch. 

Reduced Administration Work

The enquiry form was integrated with MyBins’ CRM, automatically adding users to their system. This significantly reduced the amount of manual data entry required by the sales team when manging leads.
