About:

Inspire Early Learning is a childcare provider based in Warriewood, NSW with a distinct homely-feel to their center. Their qualified early childhood educators believe that the first years of a child’s life are what set the foundations for the rest of their lives, and strive to implement this belief in everything they do.

When Inspire Early Learning approached The Honest Agency, their website was a poor reflection of the business aesthetic and approach, and the team were relying on their good reputation to drive word-of-mouth enquiries, rarely generating interest through the website itself.

Challenges

The challenges we faced along the way.

1. Standing Out From The Crowd

Given the competitiveness of the industry and the sheer number of childcare centres within a 3km radius of Inspire Early Learning, grabbing attention was paramount in generating new enrolments on the website.

To help parents actively searching for childcare services to find Inspire online, SEO and a Google Adwords campaign were set up, putting Inspire at the very top of Google’s search results.

In addition to this, a social media marketing campaign was created on Facebook to encourage parents within Inspire’s specified target audience to check out the centre online and to book a tour to see the centre in person.

2. Explaining The Key Point of Difference

A key challenge was introducing users to the Reggio Emelia teaching philosophy. Reggio Emilia is a learning approach shaped around child lead learning and allows a child’s environment to play a large role in their development and learning.

To make sure users were aware of the Reggio Emilia approach, sections explaining the philosophy in a short and concise manner were added to the design. The goal was to educate without overwhelming users with an oversupply of information.

The Inspire team were confident in their ability to convert center tours into sign ups, which reduced people’s concerns about enquiring.

We created a digital marketing landing page to act as a standalone, conversion focused tool to generate and track enquiries specifically from online advertising efforts.

With such a bold and vibrant brand to work with, our team had a blast taking these styles and creating a website design that would be a seamless continuation of the existing marketing materials.

Results

What did the project achieve?

The centre is now at full capacity

Increased enrolments to the point that all rooms are at capacity and the centre has had to hire new staff to keep up with demand.

Multiple Tours Each Week

Tour bookings from website increased from 1 per month to 12 per month (1100% increase).

Established in their market

Inspire are now consistently winning new enrolments over established childcare centres that have serviced the local area for 7+ years.
