About:
Our Team was tasked with branding and building an online e-learning platform for businesses in the IT services industry.
The client takes a no-nonsense approach to their personal consulting, and desired to see this reflected in their course materials, content, and branding.
The brand had to also promote a sense of belief and trust in both the figurehead and e-learning content in order to convince potential clients to take the first step.
As the business was initially marketed through Facebook and LinkedIn ads to generate interest, the brand had to be capable of both catching the eye, and quickly communicating with the target audience, recognising the fast-paced nature of user activity on these platforms.

What did we need the project to achieve?
- Design a no-nonsense, stance-creating brand and website that establishes Ian, the business owner, as ‘The Guru’.
- Effectively communicate with the target audience of IT Service professionals and business owners.
- Due to the fast-paced nature of social media advertising, the brand must make an immediate impact on people as they scroll.
Challenges
The challenges we faced along the way.
1. The Brand Name
Loading Growth initially had no business name or brand when we started their project.
Our first task was creating a brand name that effectively communicated the business philosophy and goals, whilst speaking to the desired target audience.
After much consideration the name “Loading Growth” was selected as it resonated with both the target market (tech types / IT Industry) and the core business service (helping clients grow their operations).
3. Tone of Voice
Formulating a tone of voice that cut through the clutter to communicate with business owners.

Loading Growth and the services they offer are both complicated and information heavy. Users have a lot of information that they need to understand and digest before being comfortable to make an enquiry.
Curating Loading Growth’s abundance of industry knowledge into punchy and relevant website content was a big challenge, but a challenge we overcame with our copywriting services.
After deep conversation with Loading Growth to properly understand their services, we were able to rewrite their content to get the core points across without overwhelming users on the website.

Our team designed a brand that stood out from the crowd, using high contrast in colours to catch the eye, with bold, solid styles to enhance the perception of Loading Growth as a direct, reliable, and no-nonsense method for businesses to improve and expand.

No-nonsense tone of voice.
During the initial briefing, we discovered a series of primary concerns that prospective clients of Loading Growth were commonly dealing with, both in their own attempts to grow, and in finding an appropriate mentor to assist them.
We then ensured all of the marketing and content for Loading Growth constantly addressed these concerns in a way that effectively left the audience with complete confidence in the business as the team to help them achieve their goals.
Project Features
Personality test questionnaire.
To better understand their clients and create solutions based on their specific personalities, an automated personality test was requested by Loading Growth.
We designed and developed a personality test that allowed clients of Loading Growth to fill in answers to receive a personality profile based on their inputs.
Each answer was weighted and all answers were calculated by the system that then displayed an individual personality profile based on the clients final score.

What did the project achieve?
Immediate Enquiries
Enquiries were generated for the business immediately, and far sooner than the client had expected given their understanding of the industry, and the nature of their marketing method more commonly being a slow-burn approach to generating clients.
A brand that speaks to its audience
Loading Growth clients often mention how well the content resonated with them, and are very interested in hearing our approach, and how we can do the same for them.

The Honest Agency now works closely alongside Loading Growth clients to help them generate the same level of interest in their business and services.
